Homozygous nonsense mutations encoding truncated forms of ZNF341 accounted for a STAT3-like hyper-IgE phenotype in affected patients. Our study describes a patient with ZNF341 deficiency who additionally developed an oncogenic malignancy within a short time after completing chemotherapy.
